How to Request Deletion of Your Data
If you would like us to delete data associated with your Facebook account, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
“Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
In your message, please include:
- Your full name (as registered on Facebook)
- The email address associated with your Facebook account
- A brief statement confirming that you wish all Facebook-related data to be deleted
This helps us verify your identity and ensure we remove the correct records.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you make a valid request, we will permanently remove from our systems:
- Any access tokens or authorisations granted by Facebook
- Any information we may have retrieved through Facebook integrations (such as your public profile, name, or email address if provided)
- Any records directly linking your Facebook account to our services
We do not store sensitive Facebook account information such as passwords.
How Long Deletion Takes
- We will acknowledge your request within 7 working days.
- All associated data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
- Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
Important Notes
- Some data may need to be retained if required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve outstanding issues (for example, financial transactions). In such cases, we will retain only the minimum data necessary and delete the rest.
- Deletion of your Facebook data will not affect any other information you may have provided directly to us (e.g. job applications, training enrolments). If you wish to delete those as well, please specify this in your request.
- If you reinstall or reconnect our services via Facebook in the future, new data may be collected again according to our Privacy Policy.
